Account Executive

This position has sales and some account management responsibilities for our large business, non-profit, and government clients. For assigned customer segments and geographic areas, account executives will:

  • Identify prospects for our services
  • Assist in developing sales and marketing plans to reach targeted prospects
  • Conduct proactive sales activities including identifying needs, presenting products, making proposals, and negotiating contracts
  • Expand market awareness through attendance at trade shows and involvement in trade/commercial organizations
  • Support others in the sales/service team to obtain client approval of recommendations and high client satisfaction levels
  • Maintain contact with client base to identify new sales opportunities
To be successful in this position, the right person will have the following abilities and experience:
  • Demonstrated success in relationship selling using a consultative approach
  • Ability and willingness to learn and understand the necessary technical aspects of our services
  • Proven success selling services to executives (CFO, CIO, Facilities Managers) in private and public sectors
  • Ability to achieve and maintain high levels of activity to meet sales goals
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Tolerance for some overnight travel
Performance package includes base salary plus commissions plus bonus and an extensive benefits package.
