The purchase of cellular phone and other wireless services is challenging due to the ever-changing number of plan choices and technologies. Cost Control Associates can help your organization maximize the cost-effectiveness of your cellular/wireless services through two programs:
- Cellular Rate Management Program: We will analyze existing usage and costs, make recommendations for plan and other cost improvements, and implement the recommendations that are approved by you. In addition, we will continue to help manage your account on an on-going basis by reviewing bills monthly for changes in usage or new phones that may necessitate a change in rate plans or features. We also continually keep abreast of new plans offered by carriers so new plans that would result in added cost savings can be implemented quickly.
- Cellular Rate Evaluation Program: We will analyze costs, make recommendations for plan and other cost improvements, and present them to you so that you can implement them. With this option, no on-going review of rate plans will be made.
Most clients opt for our shared savings fee arrangement under which our fee is tied directly to the savings. If Cost Control Associates does not identify savings, you pay nothing. If desired, these services can also be provided on a fixed fee, retainer, or hourly basis.
In addition to Cellular Source Analysis™ Services, we also provide cellular/wireless consulting services including contract negotiation and preparation of cellular phone usage policies.
